Role
The successful applicant will need to support one of our senior sales executives, working as part of a team towards a combined sales target.

The role includes –

• Management of enquiries in accordance with sales priorities to meet customer expectations
• Provide designs and costing for the sales executive
• On securing the order, provide the paperwork for the factory and liaise with the customer and site contacts regarding deliveries
• Dealing with the same in relation to any post sale quieries

Experience
A minimum of 12 months experience in this field is essential and proficiency with Mitek Pamir would be beneficial.

Role
The successful applicant will work in a support role in our thriving and dynamic sales department.  Exposure will be provided to Timber Frame, Engineered Floors and Roof Truss design before the candidate will be trained in sales generation techniques for the construction sector.

Initially the role will be focussed on lead generation and database management; helping provide enquiries from new customers for the design team.

They will learn how to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, prepare formal quotations and manage their own portfolio of customers.

The role includes –

• Creation and management of a sales database
• Lead generation using telephone, email, social media and site visits
• Management of marketing campaigns
• Negotiate contracts with customers
• On securing the order, provide the paperwork for the factory and liaise with the customer and site contacts regarding deliveries
• Dealing with the same in relation to any post sale queries

Experience
No experience is necessary but GCSEs in Mathematics and English at level 4 or higher are required.  The successful applicant will also need to be a confident communicator both over the phone and in person.
